Financial Systems Support Specialist (1st Line)

Our client is a fast-growing software company delivering solutions that help organisations streamline complex processes, improve control, and generate reliable, data-driven insights. Their SaaS platform enables teams to work more efficiently and make better-informed decisions.

To support this growth, we are looking for a: Financial Systems Support Specialist.

In this role, you will:

· Act as the first contact for internal users of financial systems.

· Support key finance processes (close, consolidation, reporting, planning).

· Perform basic troubleshooting in SaaS/platform environments.

· Triage incoming tickets, prioritizing effectively based on urgency and impact.

· Take ownership of tickets from start to resolution.

· Use ITSM tools (mainly Jira) and follow ITIL‑aligned processes.

What we’re looking for:

· Background in customer service and/or technical support.

· Experience working with applications (application support experience is a plus).

· Excellent English (spoken and written), Swedish is a strong advantage.

· Great communication skills and customer‑focused mindset.

· Preferably previous experience with Jira/ITSM and financial systems (e.g. Visma, Oracle, IRIS or similar).

· Proven ability to take ownership of tickets and follow through to completion.
